Terms of Services

Welcome to Next Level Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.

  • Possess a valid, original driving license (non-expired and issued in India).

  • Provide government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar Card) for verification via WhatsApp or in person.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

A. Reservation Process

  • Token Advance: A non-refundable token payment (advance) is required to confirm your booking.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining rental amount must be paid in full before the vehicle is handed over to you(renter).

B. Rental Inclusions

The rental amount excludes toll charges, state taxes, and fuel costs.

3. Security Deposit

  • Deposit Amount:

    • Small Cars: ₹5,000 | Large Cars: ₹10,000 | Premium Cars: ₹25,000–₹60,000 (or higher).

    • The amount that you pay here, is excluding the security deposit amount. When you pickup the car, you have to pay them security amount and also provide a signed post dated bank cheque for security purpose.

  • Payment Methods: Deposit must be paid via UPI, cash.
    A post-dated security cheque is mandatory in addition to the refundable security amount.

    • Post-dated cheques will be returned upon safe return of the vehicle.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Deposits are refunded in 24-48 Hours if the vehicle is returned in good condition.

    • For returns with Damage, deposits will be refunded withing 7-10 Business days after the car is repaired.

4. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

A. Prohibited Activities

  • Drunk Driving: Strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the rental and legal action.

  • Overspeeding:

    • A fine of ₹2,000 will be charged for speeds exceeding 120 km/h (monitored via GPS).

    • Repeated violations may lead to rental termination and forfeiture of deposit.

  • Traffic Violations: All fines (e.g., speeding tickets, parking violations) during the rental period are your responsibility.

B. Kilometer Limit

  • Daily Limit: 200 km/day. Excess kilometers will be charged.

  • Location Changes: Relocating the vehicle to a different city/state may incur additional charges.

5. Vehicle Return Policy

  • Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented (cleanliness, fuel level, no damages).

    • Cleaning Fee: ₹250–₹500 charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

    • Fuel Policy: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup.

  • Damages:

    • Repair costs for damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

    • If damages exceed the deposit, you are liable for up to the daily rental rate until repairs are completed.

6. Cancellation/Modification

  • Cancellation Window: Cancel or modify bookings at least 48 hours in advance to avoid full rental charges.

  • Late Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup.
